Voici une sélection de mes morceaux solo ou en collaboration réalisés ces dernières années – y figurent mes morceaux solo de la bande originale du livre PLASMA (livre édité par Paranoia en Estonie, 2014), un morceau « Sisyphus Progression » issu d’une session avec Marta Smilga (2017), quelques extraits de projets collaboratifs avec le légendaire artiste Moscovite – Alexei Borisov – son projet ASTMA (duo de A.Borisov et O.Nosova) en collaboration avec moi, notre trio avec A.Borisov et Yuri Yaremchik, duos avec les compositeurs lettons Platons Buravickis et Leonids Lobrevs.

Here is selection of my solo or collaborative tracks made in a period of last few years – there are my solo tracks from book soundtrack PLASMA (book published by Paranoia; imprint in Estonia, 2014), a track « Sisyphus Progression » from a split with Marta Smilga (2017), some tracks from collaborative projects with legendary noise artist from Moscow – Alexei Borisov – his project ASTMA (duo of Borisov and Olga Nosova) in collaboration with me, our trio with Borisov and Yuri Yaremchik, duos with Latvian composers Platons Buravickis and Leonids Lobrevs. Wishing you a pleasant journey of sounds!

Jelena Glazova est une artiste et poète de Riga (Lettonie), œuvrant dans le champ de la musique électronique expérimentale – elle crée des paysages musicaux, généralement construits à partir de voix traitées. Elle s’est produite dans des festivals de musique expérimentale et d’art sonore et a contribué à de nombreux projets artistiques – au Hamburger Bahnhof Museum for Contemporary Art (Berlin, Allemagne), BOZAR (Bruxelles, Belgique), Reina Sofia Museum (Madrid, Espagne), Sound around Kaliningrad (Kaliningrad, Russie), Noise and Fury (Moscou, Russie), Poetronica (Moscou, Russie), Vilnius Noise Week (Vilnius, Lituanie), festival de musique expérimentale Skanu Mežs (Riga, Lettonie), festival de musique électronique Art’s Birthday (Stockholm, Suède), Vienna Art Week (Vienne, Autriche) etc. Elle a été compositrice invitée à l’EMS Stockholm, au WORM Rotterdam, etc.
Jelena est l’auteur de 3 livres de poésie. Le premier livre « Transfers » (2013, en russe et letton) a été nominé pour le Latvian Annual Literary Award (LALIGABA), le deuxième livre « Plasma » (2014) a été publié en Estonie en estonien et en anglais, le troisième livre « Greed » a été publié en 2019 et a été nominé pour le Latvian Poetry Days Award. La poésie de Jelena est traduite en letton, anglais, finnois, polonais, estonien, lituanien et suédois.
En tant qu’artiste et poète, elle a participé à de nombreux projets artistiques et s’est produite en Lettonie, Estonie, Lituanie, Finlande, Russie, Autriche, Suède, Belgique, Pays-Bas, Allemagne, Turquie, Pologne, Italie, Espagne, États-Unis…
Jelena Glazova is an artist and poet from Riga, Latvia, working in experimental electronic music – creating ambient soundscapes, usually constructed from processed vocals. She performed at experimental music and sound art festivals and contributed o art projects – at Hamburger Bahnhof Museum for Contemporary Art (Berlin, Germany), BOZAR (Brussels, Belgium), Reina Sofia Museum (Madrid, Spain), Sound around Kaliningrad (Kaliningrad, Russia), Noise and Fury (Moscow, Russia), Poetronica (Moscow, Russia), Vilnius Noise Week (Vilnius, Lithuania), adventurous music festival Skanu Mežs (Riga, Latvia), electronic music festival Art’s Birthday (Stockholm, Sweden), Vienna Art Week (Vienna, Austria) etc. She was as a guest composer at EMS Stockholm, WORM Rotterdam, etc.
Jelena is the author of 3 books of poetry.
